Shipping Costs

We ship all our orders via Auspost. Depending on your location and order sized, delivery method, final charges will be calculated at the check out. Bulk orders are eligible for discounted rates, please contact us for details.

Shipping Time 

Standard orders are typically dispatched within 3 - 5 business days, however bulk orders will be dispatched within 7 - 10 business days. Depending on location delivery times will vary. All tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. 

Missing/Lost Products

If you are order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery time, please contact us.We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Lost items will be replaced or refunded based on the outcome of the investigation. 

Refunds/Returns

We accept returns for defective items within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return please contact us with your order number and photo evidence of the defected product. Refunds will be processed once items have been received and inspected. Due to their personalised nature custom orders can not be refunded unless they are arrive faulty or damaged. 

Change of Mind

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases, due to the products being custom made. Please review your order carefully before finalising.
